J M2: Thanks for your input. This is an understandable frustration. Please know that the School Community Relations Office will share this with our schools. Also, please know that we are working on developing best practices guidelines for our schools in the use of email announcements. This is exactly the type of feedback that will help us do a better job. Thanks again!

Long-ime gripe of ours -- Three kids, three schools, and emails from random people. Which kid is this announcement for? I don't know the name of the staff member sending it, my kids don't know the names of everyone, especially those in the office. Put the name of the building in the subject line rather than the staff's name, or include both.
